For cash payments
please make sure you have a receipt with my signature.
Karl can
not be held liable for injuries or data loss caused by the hardware
or software sold.
Please make
weekly backups.
Handling charges:
Mostly 10% on all returns with packaging. 30% for goods not being
returned with their "original" packaging, software &
manual.
No credit will be issued if returned after 1 day.
Different
hardware may have different handling charges.
Units damaged by
customers will not be credited.
All goods sold
remain the property of Karl until payment is received in full.
There is no
guarantee on software or software repairs.
The warranty does
not cover acts of God (for example: lightning damage, power surge
damage, ant infestation, water damage.)
Interest on
overdue amounts is calculated at 3 percent above Prime.
Invoice amounts may be increased if the value of the product(s) increase.

include free delivery if delivered within a 5km radius from CT
citybowl
Prices mostly do
not include the installation fee.
Please keep all
packaging until the warranty expires.
Most warranties have a
carry-in warranty: Faulty units need to be brought to me for testing.
